Environment Variable for I/O Proxy Control for Offloaded Code

This topic only applies to Intel® Many Integrated Core Architecture (Intel® MIC Architecture).

The MIC_PROXY_IO=0|1 environment variable controls the proxy of stderr and stdout. It specifies whether the process wants I/O proxy support between the host and coprocessor.

The default is 1 (enable proxy of I/O from coprocessor to host).
