POSIX Subroutine: Gets the effective user ID of the current process.

CALL PXFGETEUID (ieuid,ierror)

ieuid	(Output) INTEGER(4). The returned effective user ID.
ierror	(Output) INTEGER(4). The error status.

If successful, ierror is set to zero; otherwise, an error code.

The effective ID corresponds to the set ID bit on the file being executed.
